Our Little Roses is a mission founded by Cambridge Who’s Who VIP Member, Dr. Diana Frade, located in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The mission is part of Our Little Roses Foreign Mission Society and was created to give love, attention and a Christian education to physically and emotionally abused girls and orphans in Honduras.
The mission began in 1988 in a small rented house with 26 girls. In 1990, Our Little Roses attracted the interest of government officials in San Pedro Sula and land was granted to the organization to further its ministry. Since then it has grown in scope and is able to provide housing to 76 girls and a space for administrative offices. This institution is dedicated to building lives and preparing and helping once-homeless girls to help them reach middle-class status. Many of the girls in Our Little Roses are now graduating from high school and plan to attend college and hold jobs.
Dr. Diana Frade took it upon herself to bring hope to these girls with life-changing solutions because she wanted to transform their lives. The homeless girls’ ministry has expanded to include other interrelated ministries such as health and dental clinics, housing projects for single mothers, a community bilingual school, retreat center and the Jubilee Center for justice issues as well as a bed and breakfast hostel and hospitality house.
Donations to Our Little Roses are used to assist the girls with their daily needs. Contributions go toward the cost of schooling, uniforms and other necessary items. The cost to sponsor a girl is $720 per year, which is $180 per quarter or $60 per month. When you sponsor a girl through Our Little Roses, you will receive a photo of your sponsored child and be able to keep in touch with her through written letters. To sponsor a child or contribute to Our Little Roses, please visit www.ourlittleroses.org or send your contribution to: Our Little Roses Foreign Mission Society, P.O. Box 464, Somerset, VA, 22972.

Our Little Roses Ministries is a wonderful organization dedicated to bettering the lives of abused girls and orphans in Honduras. Because Dr. Diana Frade is a VIP member with Cambridge Who’s Who, she will receive a lot of valuable online exposure and networking opportunities, especially with 400,000 active members on the main Cambridge Whos Who website and Cambridge Who’s Who Connect. I hope that she is able to raise a significant amount of funding for Our Little Roses Ministries. Be sure to visit http://www.ourlittleroses.org to send contributions.
